1. Make checks or money orders payable to Islip Horsemen’s Association Inc. and mail with
completed entry form by closing date to IHA Dressage Show - Elizabeth Albano, 524 Weeks Ave,
Manorville, NY 11949.

2. All classes being offered herein will be conducted and run in accordance with the IHA rules
and regulations as well as current USEF/USDF rules unless otherwise specified. IHA rule books
will be available for a nominal fee.

3. Entries must be received by the closing date. No telephone or fax entries will be accepted. A
$25.00 handling fee will be assessed for any returned checks.

4. The entry Form must include ORIGINAL signatures - photo copied are not permitted.

5. Refunds: Refunds prior to closing date. No refund of entry fees after closing date for any
reason.

6. Management reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide any class.

7. All participants, riders and spectators on premise are there at their own risk. IHA, Happy Go
Lucky Farm, and/ or show committee disclaim any liability for any accident or occurrence no
matter what the cause.

8. Awards: Trophy and six ribbons for each class. Champion and Reserve awarded for high
score in each division.

9. Times: Tentative times will be available on the internet at www.ihadressage.com. Times can
also be received by emailing IHAdressage@aol.com, or they may be obtained the Thursday
prior to the show ( 631) 878-1704 after 6pm.

10. Footing: Standard sand arena. Schooling on sand/grass. Longing area available

- inquire.

11. Other:
> USEF/USDF and IHA rules go into effect upon arrival at the show grounds. Every class offered
herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the Current IHA and USEF/USDF rule
book will be conducted and judged with accordance therein.


> IT IS REQUIRED THAT PROTECTIVE HEAD GEAR IS WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN
MOUNTED ON THE SHOW GROUNDS. AN ASTM/SEI APPROVED
